Need an online doctor’s sick note?

Many places of work require a doctor’s sick note for absenses. Our doctor will talk to you over telephone or video conference to assess your symptoms.

If our doctor cannot help your visit will not start and you will not incur a charge. There may be a case that you will need to visit either a walk in clinic or your family doctor’s physical practice.

Our online doctors cannot provide sick notes for more than one week in duration. Also, we cannot provide sick notes for an illness that occurred more than a week ago.
